The rock and roll cruise

Sail Date: November 03, 2006

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Traveled As: Large Group

Room Type: Inside

The state room I was given at first had a wet carpet and extemely moldy smell. It took Eric 3 hours to get us another room. We were traveling with 12 other people and were seperated from them because of our reloction. The experience was not al all what it was suppose to be. The second room had a fan blowing on the carpet and we rejected the room. The third room had no shower curtain in it . That was easily fixed, however we lost 3 hours messing around with our room while our group was off doining other things. The only olive branch offered to us by Eric was a bottle of wine...I am a recovering alcoholic. I later heard that 2 port hole where knocked out and water came into the ship. I understand that the weather is out of your control, however the customer service is not. Why would you even try to put someone in those conditions?

Pros: the spa treatments

Cons: the 14 foot seas and the 40-50 mph winds
