We had been on RC cruises before (larger ship) and have always been extremely pleased. The SOS is ok if you are a first time cruiser and do not have anything to compare it too. The staff was very nice. The food was good. The shows were ok. I wish the lounge entertainment would have started a little earlier than 11:00p.m. and I was disappointed that they did not have any better late night snacks besides old dried out pizza. This ship is old and when it was in port, you could often smell sewage. One night our toilet would not flush and we had to call maintainence. Also, some of the public toilets had to be closed also for toilet repairs. I think the SOS gives people a bad impression of RC. This ship is old, in bad working order, and should be put out of it's misery! Please try the newer, bigger ships from RC. You will have a great experience and will not be dissapointed.

Pros: The entire staff was very nice

Cons: The ship is old and you can smell the sewage
