my husband and i recently sailed with the crew of "sovereign of the seas". we have been on numerous cruises with several different cruise lines, and found the staff and service of the ship to be exceptional..friendly, courteous, helpful. all making it an extremely relaxing, no hassle vacation. from the information packet, to the parking garage, to the check-in through the entire cruise, right to the exiting and the immigration procedures. we saw several staff members courteously and caringly resolve problems for other passengers and dealt with (what i considered) difficult passsengers in a diplomatic and professional manner.

Pros: service, friendliness of staff

Cons: what was not to like?

Nassau, Bahamas
Cococay (Cruiseline's Private Island)
very relaxing, no shopping pressures or being "hawked" for unwanted items.
