The Cruise from hell

Sail Date: August 21, 2006

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Traveled As: Large Group

Room Type: Inside

Our cabin was not fit to live in. We were forced to stand in raw sewerage repeatedly due to the drain backing up. Frequent complaints to the cabin steward and customer relations desk got repeated attempts by a crew member to rod out the drains. The smell was horrendous. We could not sleep from the noise of the crew dragging new beds down the corridors and bouncing them off the walls. We would have tried to drown out the noise with the telivision, but it was out of service. On numerous occasions we were bounced from the cabin steward to customer relations to houskeeping and back again.

Pros: The food service was good. That was the extent of good

Cons: The ships maintainance.or lack thereof.

Cococay (Cruiseline's Private Island)
The captain did well in changing the itinerary to avoid a rainy day.
