Well, let's see, where do I begin? Embarkation: hours of security while they made little old ladies give up their tweezers. I was the group leader and was told that we had a special room set up for our first meeting - before leaving port this disaster began. We had paid for refreshments in advance for our group. They had our "meeting" set up in a loud bar where other passengers helped themselves to the refreshments we had paid for! You couldn't even hear the meeting for the other guests laughing, drinking, etc., which is fine, except we were explicit in our requests. That was one of the 3 times in the next 5 days we were to see our Group Facilitator. She became like a ghost. Problems arose from an entire floor (2nd) being drenched in the smell of sewage! The food was adequate. Our cabin steward never answered his pages, except on tip day, and then he was all-helpful.The nightlife is NON-existent. It comes down to one bar that by 1 am is closing down from boredom. It was almost spooky to walk the halls and see no one else at midnight. Now, add bad to worse, when I called to complain to RCI, I never even got a phone call back! So much for customer service. I had only 58 in my group, next time we expect 200. Looks like they "missed the boat" with this group.I guess I am spoiled to Carnival. I have cruised 6 times now, 5 times with Carnival, and one time with Royal Caribbean. Everyone raved at how great it was, well not for groups!TINA M., OHIO
