We are first time cruisers so we may be a little biased, but we had a blast! The embarkation was quick and smooth. It was crowded, but they kept the lines moving. The food service was fantastic. The second seating at the Kismet dining was great especially with Davor serving. He was very knowelegable and polite. We could have never tipped him what he deserved. Our room attendant was another plus. Her name was Betty and she catered to our every need and wouldn't let us do anything thing, which was the plan. The entertainment was awesome. We missed a couple of the shows because there was just so much to do. We saw the Blast from the Past, a comedian and a magician. They were all good. My wife and I even learned the Merengue Dance taught by the cruise director. We didn't have our children, but everyone we talked to said the kids' program was great. So, we'll have to bring the children the next time. The excursions were a lot of fun. We snorkeled for the first time and my wife fell off of the banana boat, but she still had a good time. The only complaint we had was the bartender Robert gave my wife an alcoholic drink and neither one of us drink and charged us for it. The money wasn't as big of a deal as the fact that we went back and told him of his mistake and he claimed that it was a non-alcoholic pina colada as if we didn't know any better. We could have had medical problems. He needs to be reprimanded for this. We could have been dead. We didn't let it spoil our trip. The food was terrific and they always had something to eat somewhere. We had the best time ever! Can't wait til next time.
