Honeymoon cruise

Sail Date: September 15, 2008

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Inside

We had an inside room. Even though it was small it was very nice. All the employees were very nice and very helpful. The ship is beautiful. My new husband had never been on a cruise and we had a wonderful honeymoon. We participated in a lot of activities. The shows are awesome! We found out that this ship is going out of comission in November so we are very glad we were able to sail on it before its last journey.

Pros: Lots of fun Activities

Cons: Waiting on the elevator. Lots of people only so many elevators. Not much can be done about that though.

Recommends Sovereign of the Seas (RETIRED)? Yes!

Ship Quality
Ship was beautiful.
Food and Dining
The dining room food was great and if you didn't like it they would get you something else.
Cabin / Stateroom
Small but very comfortable and cozy.
Service and Staff
Everyone was so helpful and courteous especially the dining room staff. They were great!
Entertainment
We had a blast with all the activities.
Nassau, Bahamas
Typical island town. You can get a deal at the straw market. Senor Frogs is a fun place to eat. Atlantis is a must see. Very beautiful hotel and casino.
Don't Miss: Atlantis
Cococay (Cruiseline's Private Island)
Could stay here for days. This place is awesome.
Don't Miss: Snorkeling and hammocks.
