Short and not so sweet!

Sail Date: July 18, 2008

Reviewed: 8 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Oceanview

The food was only so-so; many common-area Ladies rest rooms all around the ship were smelly and had uncleaned toilets.

Pros: The couple we met at our dining table.

Cons: Obstructed ocean-view room.

Recommends Sovereign of the Seas (RETIRED)? No.

Ship Quality
See above.
Food and Dining
Food was NOT gourmet like it used to be....just ok.
Cabin / Stateroom
We were promised a nice ocean-view room, but were stuck with an obstructed view, because there was a life-boat on either side of our window.
Service and Staff
Not above and beyond, but very nice and friendly.
Entertainment
Very good Cruise-director.
Nassau, Bahamas
Boring island.
Don't Miss: There were NONE! Nothing to do. A waste of our time......
Cococay (Cruiseline's Private Island)
The island was lovely. Great to just walk around. The Bar BQ was very good.
Don't Miss: Just laying on the beautiful beach.
