Great Way To Relax

Sail Date: June 06, 2008

Reviewed: 8 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Oceanview

great ship for her age. 1ST TIME ON AN RC SHIP MY WIFE AND I WERE VERY IMPRESSED. WE HAVE BEEN ON CARNIVAL 5+ TIMES & DISNEY 2 TIMES. WE ARE STILL PARTIAL TO CARNIVAL BUT I WOULD GO ON ANOTHER RC CRUISE. CRUISING IS THE BEST MONEY SPENT FOR A VACATION AND VERY RELAXING.

Pros: OVER TO SOON

Cons: HAVING TO COME HOME & go back to work

Recommends Sovereign of the Seas (RETIRED)? Yes!

Food and Dining
NOT ENOUGH VEGETABLE SELECTIONS. THE BUFFET WAS SHOWED WHAT THE DISH WAS HOWEVER IT DIDN'T SAY WHAT WAS IN IT. IF YOU LIKED SQUASH,ZUCCINNI & EGGPLANT YOU WOULD REALLY BE IN HEAVEN. WOULD HAVE LIKED JOHNNY ROCKETS TO BEEN OPEN MORE. SORRENTO'S PIZZA WAS VERY GOOD

Cabin / Stateroom
SMALL BUT VERY CLEAN
Entertainment
WE WERE NO VERY IMPRESSED. THE 1ST NIGHT COMEDIAN WAS VERY FUNNY. THE 2ND NIGHT WAS ANOTHER COMEDIAN/JUGGLER. MISSED THE VEGAS STYLE SHOWS WE'VE SEEN ON PREVIOUS TRIPS.
Service and Staff
Ship Quality
VERY EASY TO GET AROUND IN GREAT CONDITION FOR BEING 20 YRS OLD
