My First Cruise!

Sail Date: October 15, 2007

Reviewed: 9 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Inside

Ship was very clean, beds were great although room was a bit small in comparison to a hotel room! Shops on board don't open very early, not until evening.

Pros: Absolutely everything was GREAT! Good food, extertainment, lots of sun!

Cons: Trip was too short! Got home and started looking for my next cruise experience!

Recommends Sovereign of the Seas (RETIRED) 232? Yes!

Cabin / Stateroom
Small and other guests woke us up going down halls late at night. Only had "1" towel for 2 people to shower with, and NO pool towels, but it was taken care of the second day.
Service and Staff
Both our waiter and assistant waiter were extremely great, and a pleasure to see each evening.
Ship Quality
For older ship it was very clean, but plan a larger and newer ship for the next cruise.
Food and Dining
Expected to have some seafood choices for dining. Food was very good though.
Nassau, Bahamas
Don't visit the hospital here! Very dirty! Liked the open market for shopping and "Dealing".
