Room Type: Inside

This was our first Royal Carribeen Cruise, and although the Soverign of the Seas is an older ship, the service, food & entertainment are still first class. The staff is always cleaning& taking care of your every need. We loved the pools, the variety of bars, & most of all our meals in the dinnig rooms, were as good as we'd get at a 5 star resturaunt. The ports were good & the entertainment director on this boat is amazing. He keeps everyone involved&laughing!
Thanks Shane E. Overall our 3 night cruise was very enjoyable, after my first cruise with Costa cruises, I had my doubts, but Royal Carribeen exceeded my expectations!I will be cruising with them again for sure!

Pros: THE FOOD WAS SUPERB,THE ENTERTAINMENT WAS TERRIFIC. THE STAFF KEPT THE SHIP CLEAN& TREATED US LIKE ROYALITY!

Cons: DRINKS VERY PRICEY,NEED A LATE NIGHT FOOD BUFFET, MORE DAYTIME POOLSIDE ENTERTAINMENT

Recommends Sovereign of the Seas (RETIRED)? Yes!

Ship Quality
very spacious, was always plently of chairs on pool deck& in bars. very clean ship!
Food and Dining
superb food, wish we could of have lobster, but oh well.
Cabin / Stateroom
very clean, very small but we expected that.
Service and Staff
always many staff nearby to help you.
Entertainment
needed more poolside entertainment, but evenings were great!
Nassau, Bahamas
wasnt impressed with the Blackbeards beach snorkle trip, and walking the streets of Nassua was kinda dirty, with many children begging for your money.
Don't Miss: The Atlantis, must go pay the 100 and spend the entire day there, its worthwhile.
Cococay (Cruiseline's Private Island)
the cutest fun island ive ever vistited!!! they have it set up sooo well!
Don't Miss: relax thats whats best to do at cococay!
