Not So good Cruise

Sail Date: March 23, 2007

Reviewed: 9 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Inside

The booking agent made the booking and planning of the cruise easy and effortless. A+++ on service and support. However, the cruise was terrible! Very poor customer service, low quality accomodations, and we did not even stop at all destinations! Beware of Royal Caribbean!

Pros: Getting off the ship in the Bahamas

Cons: The Sovereign of the Sea-Royal Caribbean

Recommends Sovereign of the Seas (RETIRED)? No.
