We went on Royal Caribbean because everyone we had spoken with said it was great. We had been on several cruises before. Day one-took us forever to get through checkin. The rest of the day was ok but not very organized. Day 2, after tossing all night because of the kids running down the hall all night, I stepped out into the hall and almost stepped in throw-up at my door. This was around 8am so a crew member had to of seen this. The Kids club was not organized at all, you had to ask alot of questions to get answers. The food was not good at all. Day3, Thought it would get better but Not. The wet towels in the hallway are smelling real bad and it stayed that way through the whole cruise. Not much in the way of entertainment. Day 4, I was getting real hungry by this day, the food was terrible. The halls were smelly and the crew was rude. Spent most of the afternoon in my room and wasn't cleaned real well. Day 5, I am starving by this time. We found a Johnny Rockets on the upper deck and the food was so good but we had to pay for it, we didn't mind because we couldn't eat anymore of that food. Day 6 , we were back to shore and happy to be back. This does not mean that everyone will have a bad experience on this ship as we did but we won't return.

Pros: being back home

Cons: the rude crew, terrible food, oder in hallways

Service and Staff
Johnny Rockets crew was the best, the rest of the crew never asked if they could help or if we needed anything
Cabin / Stateroom
could have been cleaner
Entertainment
just not very well put together
Ship Quality
smells in most areas
Food and Dining
just no taste and same food day after day
Children's Programs
not organized, didn't feel the safety
