Fun Cruise

Sail Date: April 07, 2006

Reviewed: 11 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Oceanview

The ship is 20 years old and showed signs of it, little tired would be a fair comment, and some areas needed re-decoration but it was clean, staff were friendly and we enjoyed it overall.

Pros: Entertainment

Cons: disembarkation was a melee

Ship Quality
Needs some modernizing
Food and Dining
Food was good, nice selection.
Cabin / Stateroom
Cabin staff work very hard and the cabin was very clean, also staff very attentive
Service and Staff
Very good overall
Shows in main theatre were excellent
Nassau, Bahamas
Not an impressive port at all but typical of the Caribbean. Do not like all the souvenier shops and not a whole lot to see or do. Also ports are congested with too many cruise ships at one time
Cococay (Cruiseline's Private Island)
Raining so did not leave ship, no interest to senior cruisers this island is designed for the younger set. Would be better doing freeport instead.
