It was our first cruise and loved every minute of it. It took us a few days to not feel lost and get down the layout of the ship. We dined in Soleil anytime dining and couldn't ask for better food and service. Waiter Siwa and asst waiter Nidia were fantastic

I have cancelled my future Sky Princess cruise because it is not a ship for middle class passengers at all. The shops are very disappointing and Princess got rid of the Princess charms which I collect. The Lotus Spa Enclave is the only refreshing event of the spa which I will continue to purchase on the other Princess cruise ships. The World Market and Bistro Buffett is out of this world with the food and desserts. There were no Christmas decorations up on the ship at all which was also a disappointment. The Medallion was only great for opening up my cabin and I could not order a drink because my drink was not listed on the Medallion to order; Pina Colada. The buttermilk pancakes with Maple syrup was out of this world but the waiter had to pour the Maple syrup because the passengers would have taken the bottles home. The sail away had a great show and you can participate in it and receive gifts. The dining food was over the top and too rich and I just ate in the traditional dining room for one night.

The Sky is a great ship to cruise on being new and it will get better as the experience of the crew increases.

The Sky was fabulous. She is large and feels uncrowned. Lots of activities, friendly enter active staff comfortable bed and smooth sailing

These were two, three-day back-to-back cruises we did to test out the new ship. It was wonderful!

Met lovely people and felt so relaxed due to the positive atmosphere on the Sky. Decor was very appealing and having the medallion experience made it easy for so much more than accessing cabin. We used it to order drinks as well.

I love this ship. This is my first Time with Princess and I love it can’t wait to sail Princess again.

This cruise was a quick three day. Unfortunately, we were not able to visit Princess Cays because of the weather. However, the ship was brand new and beautiful. The embarkation as well as the debarkation was very fast and flawless. The service was outstanding.

Had a wonderful time!! Met some awesome people, ate a whole lot of food!! And could never come close to my 15 drinks a day!! Spent way to much money (and time) in the casino (won’t happen again as I need my sleep)

This was my 2nd transatlantic cruise, loved the days at sea very relaxing.

Expected more from new ship as we have done this before on a new vessel. Disappointed in food and dining service. Alfredo’s had the single best waiter, who we also had in Sabatinis. Manager admitted many were trainees. Need better training

Wonderful ship, fantastic crew, dining was truly a wonderful experience in all venues. Entertainment by Princess singers and dancers was Broadway or Vegas quality. Other entertainers non Princess employees were good. Medallion sailing was a great hit.

Just completed the first TransAtlantic crossing on the new Sky Princess. Barcelona to Ft Lauderdale. Ship: The ship is as advertised, new, clean and high tech. The medallion technology is phenomenal, besides just opening your cabin door it also sends a signal while at the bars and shops and displays your picture so the staff can quickly identify and serve you, it also makes the boarding process so much easier. I originally selected the lanyard to hold the medallion but once on the ship for $10 I bought the wristband, much easier. Food: Enjoyed the buffet, very similar to other Princess ships, good daily selection and the staff was very attentive. We ate at the crown grille several nights, very similar to the other Princes ships, for $29 it’s a very good meal and plenty of food. Sabattinni’s was excellent as well. We did not make it to the new La Mer, but we dined at Antonio’s pizzeria at least 4 times, it was a very popular option on this cruise and the service there is fast. Bars: Can’t say enough good things about the bars and the bar staff. For those Elite members the Vista lounge was the location of the nightly happy hour, there were a Large number of Elite members on this cruise so they needed a large space. The bartenders in that lounge were exceptional and it was clear every night that the same people arrived early to get their favorite spots and enjoy the start of the evening. Vines in the Atrium also did a tremendous job. The medallion service really speeds up the serving times. Gym: New gym with plenty of equipment, particularly lots of treadmills. Only criticism is that the treadmills, bikes and elliptical don’t have tv coverage on them. I never got a straight answer but if you enjoy working out and watching the news, sorry they currently don’t have them set up,oddly they have several TVs hanging on walls in the gym that nobody can really see unless you stop your workout and go stand in front of them. Weird. Cabin: Stayed in a mini suite on Marina level. Nice size, consistent with other Princess mini suite cabins. Two large tv’s and a large library of movies, the live tv stations, were MSNBC, FOX news, CNBC, BBC and for part of the cruise we had ESPN and ESPN 2. During NFL games they dedicated two channels to games and had A game on the large movie under the stars. Hot water in the bathroom was awesome. Rants: -Seriously people! There are at least 6 elevators in most areas, do you really need to see an elevator open up at 90% capacity yet continue to force yourself and 5 family members into it pushing everyone else up against the wall? Ah, I feel better now. -People should really read and follow the suggestions on the cruise excursions. If it says you need to be mobile and able to get around and you AREN’T capable of doing that, please don’t go and ruin everyone else’s day. Ah, I feel even better now.

Great new ship... service and ports were excellent... food is still horrible.

We had a good time but Ship was too big and we felt it was too comercial, someone trying to sell something wherever you went.
