Excellent cruise, great ship and staff. Ideal itinerary

Our first ever cruise and we loved it. Have since been on 2 more cruises and have another 2 booked for 2024.

It was a fine trip and some good perks but casino was small and entertainment was so so

Ship very large. Food average staff often rude. Choose different bits off the menu. That you would like.

A good cruise with some interesting ports of call. Unfortunately I think the ship was too big for my liking, with queues for just about everything

This was a short cruise and very busy. It didn't leave a particularly positive experience of Princess due to slow and poor service throughout the ship. The staff appeared mostly harassed and stressed and so it is hard to blame them. It seemed more a management issue with poor planning of staff levels for the number of passangers onboard.

This four day cruise was a great getaway. The Tulip Festival is a must see. The hidden gem of Bruges was a favorite of mine.

Sky Princess is a beautiful and comfortable cruise. However what "lured" us to the TA portion of FLT to S Hampton was the whole "Moroccan Grand adventure" and that turned out to be a bust as the captain skipped the port, as well as La Coruña port, and in return gave us a meek $100- for missing both ports. It totally felt like deceptive advertising, even if it was for safety, then do not advertise so boldly featuring the Spice market in Marrakech, or make a much better compensation for missing the ports - we were not "cheap" clients and spent on Princess Plus Package, Spa packages, specialty restaurants, for nothing in return. We were even 2-3 days at sea with no wifi, with no reasonable explanation at all- seems to me Princess do not respect passengers on for TA portion, but we went for the whole 28 days. Also pretty boring in entertainment.

Due to extreme weather, two ports were canceled. This didn’t bother us at all! Beautiful ship, wonderful crew, and super fun fellow passengers made it one of our favorite Princess cruises!

The cruise was great, the overall service 100% (one exception) and was most enjoyable. However, there are a number of points / Issues that I would like to raise, in the hope that if you pass on the Princess, they made respond or take action on. I have outlined these in the post-cruise survey that Princess send to all passengers. CANCELLED POST VISITS: Due to weather forecast for the Bay of Biscay and the English Channel, the Captain decided to cancel Casablanca and La Corona. This caused us to arrive and tie up in Southampton on Thursday evening instead of Saturday morning, a shortening of 36 hours. Understandable given the forecast. What is questionable is that Princess ‘compensated’ all passengers with $100 to the on-board spend. Given that some passengers paid circa. $800 and others paid up to $10,000 this credit was at best paltry given the loss of the ports that we selected this cruise and certainly not proportionate to the various fares paid! Numerous passengers either complained on-board or plan to do so post cruise. The Passenger consensus was that Princess should provide a future cruise voucher based on 10% of the fares paid, far more equitable ? DECLINE IN PREVIOUSLY PROVIDED SERVICES: Chocolates: No bedtime chocolates any more on the pillows – small but heavily commented on by many passengers Laundry: Free for Premium, excellent, however no longer provided boxed / folded shirts pressing! Previously so valued when re-packing to leave the ship. Bar Stocks: Limited Gin choices – For a trip ending in the UK, and many UK passengers, No Gordan’s or Hendricks Gin, and limited Campari (Bellini Bar) RESTAURANTS: World Fresh Buffet - Compared to earlier voyages and to Celebrity, the choices were the same every day! Crown Grill Steak – Deplorable service, miserable waiter, overcooked lobster tail and inedible steak! Again, compared to Celebrity, very very disappointing! Having voiced these concerns, the overall experience was fantastic, and most enjoyable – even the 13 sea days! Yes, we booked for next year a similar TA crossing. Kind regards Ian (D. The cruise was canceled half way through the trip. We received only $100 per person

Long cruise but excellent onboard experience. Unfortunately the Captain made the right decision to cancel two ports due to a storm approaching the Bay of Biscay. The captain made a 10 minute video demonstration that if we had continued on our original course we would experience 30ft waves. Whilst the company has no control over the weather a $100 OBC per person was made as a goodwill gesture. This was generous in the circumstances.

A wonderful cruise and ship in spite of unfortunately missing two ports.

Loved Sky Princess. Enjoyed everything and had a great time with our group of friends. All of the people we sailed with are people we met on previous Princess cruises.

Overall a nice cruise. But now i know i prefer the eastern and southern Caribbean

Overall it was a good cruise experience. Princess was very organized and the staff was excellent. The ship was in great shape. The major downside for us was that we were not the “targeted” age group (which we estimate at 65 and over). It was a relaxing vibe, but we would have liked to meet more people our age (middle age- early 50s) and have activities that represented this age group a little more. Also, it was kind of a bummer that they didn’t offer more “included” restaurants other than Alfredo’s as we liked that restaurant a lot and would have enjoyed going to a similar restaurant. (Unfortunately everything else was a separate up charge).

First of more cruises to come…thoroughly enjoyed it…treated like a Queen and her King. Food was amazing Staff was very courteous and helpful…loved them all!

A great week with friends. A bit too crowded for my comfort, but handled quite well under the circumstances.

ur friends and I chose our Deck 17 joining, balcony cabins and willingly paid more for them. When boarding we learned that our friends were moved to deck 14 and we were moved to deck 9! Our cabin had lifeboats outside of it. We went down to customer service and was told it was 's fault and there is nothing they could do. We called who, after hours of hold time, blamed Princess. We went back down to customer Service who again, unempathetically, stated there was nothing they could/would do. Thank you for ruining the first trip my husband and I have ever been on without our kids (after 40 years of marriage.)

Overall we were not happy with the cabin size, food selection, and entertainment in comparison to other cruises we’ve been on.
