Cabin was badly laid out, when the extra beds out you could not get out onto the balcony ( which we knew prior) but could not get to the fridge kettle etc. Was asked to complete a first impression form which we did, we had asked the cabin steward for extra pillows and towels as there was four of us and the cabin had been set up for only three. The cabin steward got angry and said we had enough pillows and towels. On the last day of the cruise the cabin steward confronted us as he had been told about the issue we had raised

Go with another company such as P&O or Royal Caribbean been on both excellent company's

Very, very bad. Our daughter was prevented from leaving the ship by security in front of guests and crew as when she scanned medallion a red flag came up but security would not tell us what the problem was, they then attempted to take our daughter away to another room which we would not let them do, this was witnessed by senior managers onboard who were stood directly behind the security officer. The hotel manager was found by another crew member and they confirmed that it was a fault on their system however by this time our daughter who is autistic was in floods of tears and having a full meltdown. Since returning we have contacted Princess who have admitted liability but only offered a free meal on board our next cruise and £100 on board spend shame we will never go back with Princess I would avoid this company plenty of other cruise lines who treat customers far better

There was plenty of glitches from beginning to the end on the cruise. The app not working in certain areas. The cabin steward only providing for three guests in the cabin not four! Towels were scarce and when asked for more he showed us the towels, most were hand towels or small children, having four adults was not suitable and he was rude when we asked for more. I ended up getting the towels from the deck just so we had decent size towels.

Just so you know P & O is a sister ship or cruise line to Princess. They are both owned by the Carnival Corporation. Does sound like just a partial story.

I am truly appalled this happened to your family and to be taken away and then told it was system error. I would pursue further and get social media involved and national television. Very surprising to hear this. Thank you for sharing.

What part of the story is missing? Both of my daughters are Autistic and didn't need to be treated as they were, especially the older one, the system allowed myself and my wife to go through with no problem, everything had been paid my daughter ordered one drink which was included our drinks package, why should my daughters be separated from us especially when one was having a complete meltdown and was struggling to breathe because of the way they got treated.
