Wouldn't hesitate to cruise on the serenade again. The only complaint I would have is rccl drink prices!

The serenade is a great size ship! Everything from food,drinks,cabin(8540),entertainment,condition of ship and staff was all great.love the ports of call and having 2 sea days to start and end! Would love to go on her again.

Southern Caribbean was our favourite cruise of all Caribbean cruises. Ports of call were excellent and all RC excursions were good. Favourite ports were St.Kitts and Bonaire. Must do in Bonaire port is enjoying a cocktail on the pier next to ship under the grass hut.

We have always enjoyed our RCCL crews, entertainment and service. Few complaints and none with Serenade. She is a wonderful ship. Rough seas could be difficult for some but she handles them well for her size. The itinerary was perfect for us. We enjoy sea days and port days and each port was unique enough to be interesting.

The cruise was all we expected from the ship. We had sailed on this ship ten years ago and had a magnificent time. The fact that RCCL is cutting corners and costs it has changed the experience. We are seriously considering other cruise lines.

We had motorised with Royal Caribbean for a while. This cruise reminded us why it's our favorite cruise line. Sometimes things are worth the extra ptice.

I dont think I could say enough good things about this ship. Awesome space! We have done many different sizes, oasis class ships, freedom class, radiance class, etc.... this was by far our favorite. The amount of glass used to make this ship never let's up forget you are at sea. The larger ships tend to give the precious ocean views to balconies and rooms and sacrifice the common areas. Here, in almost every location, you will have a stunning view. The safari club seemed a bit under used for how great the space was. Pool tables were awesome to use, rarely busy... although they could use my TLC on resurfacing and new cues. A relaxing ship for people who just want to have a good time and de stress. If you are looking for all the bells and whistles then this might night hit all the Mark's for you. She shows her age but is well loved by the staff. Never seemed crowded and children were very light (a blessing when you just want to relax) we have already rebook this ship!

Serenade of the Seas Royal Caribbean 1. The overall cruise felt cheap, minimal bar staff, missing all the little things that makes the difference, no chocolate on the pillows, etc 1a. Seemed to try to pry every last dollar out of your pocket, seem to rely on Year old movies as the major entertainment, piano player and bands really not very good. 1.b. No food except for room service after 8:30PM which incurred a $7.95 USD delivery fee + 18% tip extra 1.c. Specialty coffee served in paper cups - really? 2. Entertainment mediocre, cruise director not funny, game show ideas, old and tired 3. Shop staff as bad or worse that the island cab drivers, you have to run the gauntlet, don’t dare stop and look at something 4. First time cruisers won’t know the difference but a seasoned cruiser will recognize quickly this is low end cruising 5. No explanation as to why we had to wait 5 hours to get into our cabin. Turns out it was a great reason, but it should have been communicated to us rather than just letting us sit on deck after a very old school muster. 6. No attempt to provide accessible shore excursions. Just told we needed a minimum of 8 people. I guess we were supposed to go find the other 6. 7. Grenada and Barbados sucked, very sketchy 8. Website, pier staff and call centre DO NOT communicate with each other. Given the confusion at the check-in, that was obvious. We tried to book wheelchair help on line, then had to phone the call center where stuff really got messed up. 9. Call centre was difficult to deal with. Distinctive language issues. 5 times we tried to use the call centre to arrange things, twice we had to call back to fix the mistakes. 10. Purchased the 4 night specialty dinner package at $99 USD per person, no reservations had been made for us. 11. checking in was ok, not great. Even though we booked wheelchair help through the website, that didn’t materialize at the pier Good stuff Food was great, cabin was great, food service wait staff excellent, very clean.

overall a good cruise and lots to see in all ports

Cant get in rooms and it 429pm. Its pathetic how this ship is unorganized. No excuse for not being prepared. Heard they had outbreak on trip before us. Then dont let is on until cleaned.

Nothing to brag about. this was a holiday cruise we expected to be WOW'ed nothing close. didn't feel like Christmas at all aside from caroling New Years count down was a bit better but still not what I expected. We have seen a bigger party on the Allure on a regular day. Have been on Royal before this ship does not compare to there other bigger newer ships. Hoping food is more accessible and less time restricted on other ships, in the future will stay away from small, old ships.

Overall this was an enjoyable cruise. I feel that the onboard activities needs to be beefed up. Trivia seems to be the main activity onboard during the daytime. The cruise director is horrible! Hopefully there will be a new one before our cruise in October.

Overall great holiday Southern Caribbean family cruise. Great weather, calm seas, well appointed ship with friendly crew.

I have said all I needed to say, requiring me to complete this box is annoying.

Fun holiday Southern Caribbean cruise. Staff outstanding, ship we’ll appointed, Fabulous ports. Prefer Freedom and Oasis class ships but met great new friends on this size ship. We will always have great memories with Serenade of the Seas

Royal Caribbean Staff make you feel like family. Would recommend this ship to Anyone

Cruise was great, food was delicious, we both love this ship. We would recommend the Serenade of the Seas for a great relaxing vacation.

The best parts of the cruise as far as I was concerned was the diamond club and the service we got from our waiters in the main dining room.

We had a really great time on this cruise. Besides some of the little setbacks, which were minor, we had an awesome honeymoon and would definitely cruise on Serenade again. We want to explore some other ships and itineraries but I’m very impressed with Royal Caribbean.
