Enjoyable! Great time had by all 10!

Sail Date: January 01, 2015

Reviewed: 1 year ago

Traveled As: Family w/older children

Room Type: Inside

We were able to board with two bottles of wine per stateroom. Bar staff gladly gave us wine glasses to use\, and we brought our own glass of wine to dinner. Substantial savings.

Pros: Ports\, food\, weather

Cons: No real discount for booking your next cruise while onboard

Ship Quality
Food and Dining
We chose my time dining but made reservations prior to embarking. We enjoyed the same wait staff each night\, maybe because of our group of ten\, Makram was the best! The food was outstanding\, with the exception of the last night when the food was served on the cool side. Izumi for sushi was amazing and surprisingly inexpensive. My daughter and I ate there for lunch\, no reservation needed\, the service was slow but the rolls were delicious!
Cabin / Stateroom
our stateroom was on deck 4 and could accommodate four people. There were just two of us\, but the room was generous compared to previous staterooms. It even included a small sofa\, desk\, spacious closet\, and refrigerator.
Service and Staff
Wait staff and stateroom attendant wonderful!
Quality nightly performances. Although the first and last night there was only one time rather than two\, so we had to adjust our dinner reservation.
