our rooms were really small. The ship was really pretty and the staff was generally wonderful.

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
the evening dining was great\, morning not so much in the main dining room. Our evening wait staff was phenominal

Entertainment

5 out of 5
additional family games in the evenings would have been better\, but overall the shows were great. Less booking over dinner time would help or do it twice for both dinner times.

Children's Programs

1 out of 5
didn't like that I couldn't join them if I wanted to - we were asked to leave the teen lounge where we were playing table games with our boys because we were over 17.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
excellent staff except for scooners bar staff who were rude and unhelpful on multiple occasions.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
our rooms were small

Pros: The dinning staff was wonderful

Cons: too many additional charges\, only two dedicated dining areas included and four additional price dinning facilities

Recommends Serenade of the Seas? No.
