One of the best cruises yet.

Sail Date: December 01, 2014

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

Overall\, the ship was clean and well maintained. It was a \"Medium\" sized ship and it was easy to navigate your way around. All of the public areas were nice and well kept.

Pros: The staff. Almost everyone we encountered were really friendly and helpful.

Cons: The food was hit or miss. Mostly good\, but there were a few items that were no so good.

Recommends Serenade of the Seas? Yes!

Ship Quality
The only complaint I have about the Serenade of the Seas is the elevators. They are small and numerous times they would be empty and would pass by as you watched. Never seen that before.
Food and Dining
Not the best food on a RCCL cruise\, but not the worst. Most items were prepared and presented nicely. However\, there were a few dishes that left a great deal to be desired in quality and taste.
Cabin / Stateroom
Stateroom 8598 located on the \"Hump\" was a super convenient location.
Service and Staff
Almost all of the staff we encountered were very friendly and accommodating.
The entertainment was OK. Nothing special\, and we didn't walk out of any of the shows.
