We had a great time on our cruise but there were some aspects that were wonderful and others that need improvement. The pluses were 1) the accommodations, 2) ship layout and many places to relax 3) the gym 4) the port visits 5) the concierge (Francois) and other nice, helpful staff 6) the music 7) the cleanliness. The negatives were 1) the food 2) many of the staff while nice, weren't well trained especially in the fitness center, spa and front desk 3) much of the gym equipment needed calibration or repair 4) activities were lame and not a good selection of lectures 5) too many extra charges for activities (example: bingo)
