Ship: Serenade of the Seas
Cabin Type: Balcony
Traveled As: Family (older children)

The ship was a very good size - not too big as to create large crowds during dining. The pool was always overcrowded, however - there was not enough room and the pool was tiny. Food was of excellent quality and the service was also excellent. Out stateroom was spotless and very well laid out and organized.

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Food was very good overall, but would have preferred a few more snack options in the afternoons - i.e., popcorn, chips.

Entertainment

3 out of 5

Children's Programs

3 out of 5
Program listings were impressive, but few activities actually going on for the young teenage group. They kept finding empty rooms where there were supposed to be activities.

Service and Staff

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
Pool area very small and always crowded. Pool and deck area and bar around it looking dated and old. The rest of the ship was very nice.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5

Pros: Staff, stateroom

Cons: Pool area
