7 Night Southern Caribbean (San Juan Roundtrip)
Sail Date: December 11, 2010
Ship: Serenade of the Seas
Cabin Type: Balcony
Traveled As: Couple
Reviewed: 6 years ago
They ship itself and staff were lovely, no complaints. But smoking on board is allowed and of course people push that and smoke any where they want. It doesn't seem like the non-smoking areas is enforced and it is allowed to smoke on balconies. We had neighbors who smoke, so we had to inhale smoke. It even came into our cabin in the middle of the night when our door was closed.

Pros: cleanliness, friendliness, dining

Cons: they allow smoking on the balconies, for non-smokers that's a problem enjoying your balcony
