Review summary

This was our first Royal Caribbean cruise. The Serenade of the Seas was great. We were highly impressed with the overall service from all the staff. The use of stateroom television to check your account, review and purchase explorations was extremely helpful and saves alot of your vacation time.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, willingness to help you in any way, and never showed us anything less. Great job RC staff.

The staff were continuously cleaning tables and restrooms. That's commendable!

We loved our stateroom w/ balcony. You absolutely can not go wrong with that choice.

St. John's, Antigua

The beach is a must see. Clear waters and very fine sand is very relaxing.

Pros: The stateroom attendant was awesome! Whenever we call, which was quite a bit, he ALWAYS answer joyously!!

Cons: The beverage selection.
