First, let me just say that this is a beautiful ship. The only negative in design is with the centrum. It is a lovely place to relax, have a cocktail, listen to the wonderful entertainers, etc. Unfortunately, it is much too small for a number of the events being held in this area. Dance lessons, art auctions, etc. were extremely crowded and uncomfortable. Overall, the organization of the ship in terms of arrival and departure were very efficient, the activities being offered provided something for most everyone and the shows and entertainers throughout the ship were excellent. The biggest complaint was with the food. This was very disappointing. The windjammer offers a lot in quantity and variety but is lacking in quality. The main dining room is lovely unless you're seated by the kitchen, which we were. Again, the food was mediocre at best. Try Chops or Portofinos - they are worth the extra $. Service, as usual with RCCL is very good and they do their best to please.

Pros: Room with a balcony

Cons: Food

Recommends Serenade of the Seas? No.
