The Serenade of the Seas is a beautiful ship and very well maintained. We were very pleased with how easy it was embarking the ship. We did not wait in line at all. We walked straight up to the representative & directly to the ship. Disembarking went very smoothly as well. We were in the last group to disemarbark as our flight wasn't until 8:30 p.m.. We waited up on the top deck and relaxed until they called our group number. Our entire experience was great and we can't wait for our next cruise. This was our first cruise with RCI but it definately will not be our last.

Pros: Food & itinerary

Cons: It took a 8 1/2 hours to get one of our bags

Recommends Serenade of the Seas? No.
