We were extremely happy with the Serenade of the Seas. The activities, the ambiance and especially the crew made it a wonderful vacation.

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
We loved the dinner options. The buffet (almost by definition) was not as good, but it certainly met our needs as well.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
We really enjoyed activities like trivia, "complete the lyrics" and Karaoke. The staff made the activities a lot of fun, having very good senses of humor.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
All of our waiters and our room attendant were superb. They gave great personal attention and made sure that we were happy with what we received. They were always friendly and made us feel comfortable and special. On the first day our waiter asked our names (there were 6 of us in our group) and he remembered them from that time forward. He also remembered food preferences (pepper vs. no pepper on food).

Ship Quality

Pros: The service!

Cons: Some misleading pre-cruise information
