The ship was a great size. There was lots to do and plenty of time for relaxation. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. They really wanted us to have a great time. It is amazing how they handle the large amount of people without us feeling rushed or stressed. There was one glitch on disembarkation. Four individuals had not done what was needed for immigration clearance. We disembarked an hour and a half later than was scheduled because of this. Seems the crew could have dealt with this earlier rather than paging those four individuals at the last minute.

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Food had some high spots but mostly was pretty average. Too many currys and indonesian specialties served.

5 out of 5
Plenty of everything for everyone's tastes.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The staff was awesome!

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Bathrooms were very clean but the smell from the holding tanks wafted back. The hallways smelled also.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Staterooms are starting to show wear and tear but otherwise were very well laid out and designed.

Pros: The friendly, helpful staff.

Cons: Ship bathrooms were smelly.

Recommends Serenade of the Seas? Yes!
