The Best Ship With The Best Itinerary!

Sail Date: October 01, 2009

Reviewed: 7 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

This is our favorite ship. We have sailed on the Serenade every year since she first sailed. The itinerary suits us perfectly as we do not care for many days at sea and do enjoy a different port every day. It's great going to the same islands every year and meeting up with friends we have made on previous stops. We even get Christmas cards! This year they are mixing up the itinerary with stops on different islands - another opportunity to make new friends!

Pros: Beautiful ship! Fabulous ports of call!

Recommends Serenade of the Seas? Yes!

Ship Quality
Everything from size to cleanliness is outstanding!
Food and Dining
Food is consistently good in all venues. Wait staff is great!
Cabin / Stateroom
Love our balcony stateroom. We book a stateroom in the same location on the ship every year. Last year we thought we would try a different location, but before the day was out we rebooked in our usual area.
Service and Staff
Particularily outstanding are the bartenders and dining room staff. It is also quite nice to be remembered by some of the staff when we see them again - even when we met them on a different ship.
We are pretty adept at entertaining ourselves, but really do enjoy the "Love & Marriage" show and the trivia games.
