Best Cruise Yet

Sail Date: March 17, 2007

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

Beautiful ship, well laidout, convenient to everywhere. Best ship yet we've cruised on.

Pros: Ship's size, layout and decor.

Cons: Wait at elevators, but not as long as other cruises.

Recommends Serenade of the Seas? Yes!

Shows were very good.
Ship Quality
Ship was beautiful and easy to manuver around. Always clean and sparkling everywhere.
Food and Dining
Food was delicious and well presented. Staff was great and friendly. We had a window seat!
Cabin / Stateroom
Stateroom was clean and nicely appointed. Location was great. Twice I passed the room thinking it was further away from the elevators! Bed was comfortable and linens were wonderful!Room was a little smaller than some but the balcony was larger than the last cruise we were on. Made it nice to stretch out and eat out there where you didn't feel like you would step out the door and go over the rail.
Service and Staff
Can't say a thing negative! All were great.
St. John's, Antigua
See Nelson's shipyard! Great history, ambiance and shopping. Do the "Best of Antigua" excursion.
Don't Miss: Nelson's shipyard and Eric Clapton's estate on the "Best of Antigua" excursion.
Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas
We love St. Thomas. We visited Magans Bay beach. It was a little "touristy" and crowded for my taste. Enjoyed the Coral World and aquariums. If you are looking for bargains on jewelry, St. Thomas has the best prices!
Don't Miss: Too many to pick a favorite. Don't miss duty free shopping.
Philipsburg, St. Maarten
Loved Orient Beach. Sign up for afternoon beach break. It is relaxing and refreshing! Street vendors are easy to deal with for souveniers.
Don't Miss: Orient Beach.
