first cruise dec 31 out of san juan...watching fireworks offshore was incredible. I have never seen fireworks like that in my lifetime. new yr pool party excellant. hardly and kids on cruise. ports of call were wonderful. Pitons in St.Lucia with a 360 degree sunset view was beautiful. Barbados water like i have never seen before. ship was still decorated for xmas and looked wonderful. room clean and staff at all places friendly and helpful. never had a problem. as a diabetic they provided medical dumping for waste daily. waitor ergon was a laugh...

Pros: piton ship 360 turn- fire works new yrs eve san juan

Cons: cost of drinks

Recommends Serenade of the Seas? Yes!

Ship Quality
huge ship...only complaint not enough seats in bar to watch college playoff game....all other areas of ship were great. should have opened covered pool.
Food and Dining
food was very good. had 2 lobster dinners, companion had 3. If meal was not liked you could chose another and waiter made sure you were happy.. 5 stars to ergon
Cabin / Stateroom
a little on the small size getting in and out of bed, but overall no problems. love the towel animals every day...
Service and Staff
no problems with any of the staff. 1 evening show changed nites due to staff out partying the nite before.. dont bring back yakov smirnoff, his show was pathetic..he complained...
Entertainment
as mentioned above.....hope you dont bring back yakov smirnoff..his show was terrible...staff should be limited on their party nites...drifters were awsome
