A Very Relaxing Voyage

Sail Date: March 01, 2012

Reviewed: 4 years ago

Traveled As: Singles/Friends

Room Type: Balcony

The spaces and cabins had wonderful decor and were immaculate. Nothing dirty or ill-used anywhere.

Pros: The level of service provided by the crew and the activities

Cons: Disembarking - did not want the trip to end

Recommends Seabourn Odyssey? Yes!

Ship Quality
Even the non-wheelchair suites were accessible to my mother, who uses a mobility scooter.
Food and Dining
Loved the flexibility of dining times and variety in the menus. The food preparation was excellent, and we enjoyed every meal.
Cabin / Stateroom
Very comfortable, spacious, and luxurious room, linens, bathroom fixtures, and decor. We had a balcony which also looked beautiful.
Service and Staff
Our cabin steward was extremely nice and helpful. All members of the crew were friendly and personable. My mother got a great deal of support and assistance with her scooter and navigating to our tables at dinner or at various entertainment activities.
Entertainment
Loved the cabaret arranged by the cruise entertainment director more that the stage shows (more, please). The dance instruction was wonderful, too. However, you need to add dance partners for the single cruisers.
