The food hall will feature a mix of more than eight shops and food carts, each offering a unique concept with irresistible signature dishes that changes to suit the time of day. The Galley’s concepts include a dedicated bakery and pastry shop, a panini shop, a burger grill, a taco shack, a sushi bar with bento boxes, a noodle bar, a soup and salad stand, and a 24-hour American diner

Repetitive and uninspiring. They often ran out of ice for drinks. Most food was premade & not to order. Basically, it’s a buffet where they serve you.

I love VV's answer to the traditional cruise ship buffet! So many delicious choices!

The Galley had all types of food. I ended up eating breakfast there (had a French toast sandwich), bacon and hash browns, a cheeseburger, a crunchy PB&J on Brioche. They make an amazing mimosa and screwdriver.

Most of the food from the galley wasn’t that great. The desserts were alright. I wasn’t a fan of any of the noodle options, the sushi wasn’t very tasty, the burger was okay and the fries were good.

Food was good but I wish you could grab food yourself at all locations within.

Breakfast was always delicious. I'm not a big fan of table service as I prefer the buffet available on most cruise lines. We also enjoyed the Burger Bar. The burger and fries was also delicious.

Amped up food court where you sit and order your food from a server who delivers it to your table. Hidden fun fact: There is one tile on the floor that was miss laid in the wrong direction... see if you can find it!

This replaces the big buffets with a food hall. All was good, from salads to tacos to burgers to breakfast, and again, don't skip dessert or the ice cream bar cart!

So many choices and not enough time to enjoy them all, unless you are able and gave the empty stomach. I suspect there may be some that might be up to the challenge. There are different food stations. You can order from your table or one of the crew stationed throughout the Galley can the your order(s) and bring it to your table. I was able to browse the stations and have a crew member take my order to have them deliver to our table. Tables are numbered. Lots of tables spread out, but some areas can get more crowded than others. There are also tables outside at the Aft in so you can get some vitamin sun and enjoy your meal. There are hot and cold drink stations for free drinks. There is a pay drink station for wine and other things. You can also buy premium drinks, coffees, smoothies and juices from a crew member. There is a premium pay coffee station with nice coffee options. I asked for oat milk in my coffee drink and got it at no extra charge. Nice. The Sweets and Bread stations have random options. Also these can change with holidays. For example we were there between Thanksgiving and Hanukkah, so right after Thanksgiving they had pumpkin flavored sweets and around Hanukkah they had Hanukkah treats. There is a fresh fruit station at the Sweets station. There are a couple of self service prepared food stations where you can pickup snacks, sandwiches, wraps and fresh fruit if you want to grab and go. There is an ice cream bar station with premium pay alcohol added options. The staff were great. Note some of the stations have set hours, example some breakfast and lunch options might only be available at set times. There is a station that has an all day breakfast that includes English breakfast options. Lovely to have baked beans and roasted tomatoes. One thing that was a bummer, one time we were sitting and a crew member stationed nearby seemed to want to wipe our table down as we were still eating after he picked up some empty dishes. We wished he would have waited. Another thing about free drink options, we are not soda pop drinkers and wished there were other free drink options. We do enjoy sparkling water and coffee and there was plenty of that available for free. There was also free juice stations. One day I got up early before some of the stations opened. I waited a few minutes to get some breakfast burritos to take back to the cabin to enjoy with my sailor mate that was still sleeping. Overall, lots of food choices as throughout the ship, but not enough time to enjoy them all.
