Alaska is beautiful

Sail Date: August 21, 2011

Reviewed: 5 years ago

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Balcony

Old ship needs remodeling. Not enough staff to passenger ratio. Teen room needs gifts and prizes as well as food. The restaurants were not very good. Lower quality of food all around. No Alaskan king crab on an Alaskan cruise

Pros: Alaska

Cons: The food and service on the ship. The ship is worn need an update and needs a new chef. Not enough staff

Recommends Sapphire Princess? No.
