Will not do this ship or cruise again

Sail Date: August 14, 2011

Reviewed: 5 years ago

Traveled As: Family w/older children

Room Type: Suite

This ship needs a big overhaul. Excursion and front desk personnel were totally unresponsive regarding a problem we had with an excursion.

Food was so-so. Sterling Steakhouse which was extra was just part of the buffet that they curtained off.

Pros: Entertainment

Cons: Excursions, food, attitude of crew

Recommends Sapphire Princess? No.
