This was our 3rd cruise to Alaska. Enjoyed very much the 1st 2. Main complaint == "discretionary" amount added for service employes. 2nd -- Food looked wonderful but seemed to be tasteless and/or stale (bread/pastries). Internet service - $.75/minute!! Value for money? Don't think so!

Pros: Friendly stateroom service

Cons: Food

Recommends Sapphire Princess? No.

Service and Staff
Our stateroom attendant was excellent; most dining room attendants were doing the very best they could. With that many, there are always a couple not so good; i.e., one in particular was actually surly.
