Traveled As: Large Group

Was not impressed with the entire experience.

Pros: going home

Cons: Never use priceline.com unless you want to spent hours on the phone waiting for answers to your questions. Pricelinesupplies nothing but frustration. There was a virus on the Saphire Princess. Although the service started out well, the staff got less friendly as the seek went on. Stay away.

Recommends Sapphire Princess? No.
