If you like large ships that are elegant but not over the top then these larger princess ships are great. Lots of elevators and nice lay out. The Alaska trip was very smooth. WE had a balcony room which I think is a must for Alaska. Many people got a cheaper room and turned into "Lounge lizards" which I think is real inconvienent for them. The food was great and so was the service. If you are going to a show after dinner get there early as it fills up an hour before. Lots of older people on a Alaska trip . The glacers were fantastic as was the scenery. Weve done quite a few Princes trips as they are near the top for value and elagance .

Pros: The ships size and design

Cons: crowded buffet
