Not as good as Holland America

Sail Date: April 01, 2010

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

The service people can learn from Holland America and Royal Carribean to be friendly and welcoming.

Pros: Good entertainers except the magician.

Cons: The service people, except formal dining room and our housekeeper, were not friendly or welcoming

Recommends Sapphire Princess? No.

Food and Dining
The buffet was poorly laid out. All food is in one area. have to line up all over again even if you want to pick up just one item
Service and Staff
Except for the formal dining room watiers, the service people are not friendly or welcoming. at times have to go and get my own drinks.
Ship Quality
Clean, restrooms are not clearly marked (tough to find).
Cabin / Stateroom
Got upgraded to balcony.
Entertainment
Except the magician.
