Sapphire Princess Cruise Review to Mexico
Review SummaryThis was our third Princess cruise and our last Princess cruise. The customer service staff really could care less as could the Princess corporate offices. Please understand that up until this cruise I preferred Princess but the condition of my stateroom and the indifference of the employees changed all that.
Every day of the cruise there were service personnel in our balcony cabin tending to problems such as a non-operational safe; a non-functioning toilet--again and again; lights that required repair. While this alone would not be a big deal...what made it a problem was that the managerial staff on board ccompounded the situation by not doing anything constructive about it.
