Mexican Riviera - May 2006

Sail Date: April 01, 2006

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Suite

Our feelings are that this is a beautiful ship with the potential to offer above average cruising experiences. However, many passenger-facing crew members, especially in guest related services and cabin services, could be better trained in passenger interactions. Simply stated, it has potential to be better than it is. We paid a very attractive price for this cruise. Therefore, we came away feeling we had received good value.

Pros: Price of cruise was very attractive. Mini suite stateroom was excellent. The cabin was attractive, clean, plenty of room and included a nice, well sized veranda. Beautiful ship overall.

Cons: Restaurant service and quality of food was OK to good, never excellent. Guest services were apathetic. Theatre was too small for shp capacity, not even standing room for production show. Entertainment in lounges was uneven.
