Transatlantic to London, England

Sail Date: April 19, 2015

Reviewed: 2 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Inside

The cruise was very relaxing a little rough at times.     The most interesting tours were in Belguim and the tour at Cherbough, France (Normandy).  When we arrived in Horta, Portugal it was a holiday and no stores were open.  When we arrived at Brest, France it was also a holiday and nothing open.  The staff on Holland America were very friendly and accommodating.  The food was excellent and had a good variety.

Ship Quality
The inside room was very nice and the ship was very clean.
Food and Dining
The food was delicious.
Service and Staff
Onboard Activities
Destinations and Excursions
Cabin / Stateroom
The cabin had good lighting and was quite large with lots of storage.
Horta, Azores
Not much to see at this port. I would not go back.
Brest, France
All the shops were closed.
Zeebrugge (Bruges), Belgium
Ghent was an interesting midevial town.
