Thanksgiving sale is a scam!

Sail Date: November 16, 2014

Reviewed: 2 years ago

Traveled As: Large Group

Room Type: Oceanview

Cabin: e737

2014 Thanksgiving cruise I booked for our group of for November 2014. Spent over 15 k. We were offered a thanksgiving sale were are group. We would benefit by getting window view, drink vouchers, spending credit, 350 savings book, and save over 5000 dollars from our original price. I called and holland said they would honor promo for thanksgiving and it was available. Later cruse sold out and they said that they could not honor the thanksgiving sale. I consider holland america to be a scam.! They did not honor the Thanks Giving sale ! Don't buy from them if they say they have a sale. It is just a marketing ploy and they will find and reason not to honor the sale and charge full price.
