7 Night Glacier Bay Inside Passage (Vancouver Roundtrip)
Sail Date: May 14, 2008
Ship: Ryndam
Cabin Type: Oceanview
Traveled As: Couple

The ship was very clean and comfortable. The staff were all great, friendly and helpful and always smiling. The entertainment was first class, especially the young singers and dancers in the Broadway shows. I think it is one of the most pleasant cruises I have been on because of the staff.

It is interesting just walking around the town along the creek where the old historical buildings are, very quaint and picturesque

The best tour was the free walking tour of the town given by a local ranger, with lots of information about the gold rush and the history of Skagway.

Pros: The food and service were great.

Cons: The weather was foggy and rainy - but this is Alaska!
