Cruise was good. The service in the restaurant was ok, but could have been better. The food was good but didn't offer the variety we were expecting. And the drink limits (cranberry juice was free in the morning but not at lunch....really?) No lemonade in the dining, but everywhere else. Just odd.

This was a nearly perfect except for guest "comedian" Mark Eddie, who was terrible! Two nights of entertainment were lost to his insulting, vulgar attempts at humor. The first night we were in the center of our row in the large theater and didn't want to make a scene climbing over everybody to walk out, so we just sat there and went through email, etc. waiting for the "show" to be over. The second night we went by the lounge to see if his second show was different, as advertised, but quickly saw it was just more of the same, so we quickly left. We are so upset at Princess' choice of this entertainment that our future cruises will be with another cruise line. Other than that, the rest of the ship's entertainment and all other aspects of the cruise were great. If there was a way too see who the entertainment will be in advance so as to avoid undesirable cruises, we would consider Princess again. Short of that, we will go with other cruise lines that we have had no such issues with before.

This cruise was excellent. My oldest daughter is vegan and although the ship didn't offer vegan options, they chef was very accommodating. The chef made her special dinners and special desserts. I was quite pleased with that.

Food is really bad, meat is tough and not edible. I find it weird that Carnival owns Princess and that there is no hot chocolate in the buffet and no drinks beside water and you have to ask for lemonade and there is no punch, also for breakfast there is no omelet station where they make the omelet in front of you and you order one and they take forever to bring it to you and then it is cold. I have never been on a ship where they take your order and than bring it to you unless you go in to the dining area. We are almost Elite and now I remember why we stopped going on Princess totally has gone down the tubes

Wonderful. The experiences both on board and during the excursions we chose gave us lifelong memories. Checked it off the bucket list.

Trip is fine. But the staff are not professional. So many Chinese people abroad but no Chinese food.

We booked four balcony rooms next to each other for a family trip over 6 months ago, 3 of us all arrived at the same time went to our rooms looked at the room my sister was going to be in, her name was on the door. About 1/2 hour later she checked in and her room had been given to someone else. It was very upsetting to talk to the staff even the manager and no one cared. They said her room was a upgrade but it was just like ours only with a smaller balcony, this is a upgrade???? Still can't find out who's fault it was or Princess they blame each other, I will never use either one again!!!!

The locations are amazing. The cheapest souvenirs were in our last port of call, Ketchikan. I wish we had spent more time in Ketchikan and could have gone without Victoria, BC. The hour or 2 hour excursion to the Mendenhall glacier barely gives you any time to do anything. If you want to see Mendenhall glacier and the falls, book separate from the cruise and spend 2.5 to 3 hours. We had an hour and we sprinted out to the glacier, took a couple photos and then sprinted back just in time to catch the bus back to the boat. Buffet dining area is significantly smaller than other lines, so it filled early and often. Especially early in the season when it's cold outside, people parked at tables and didn't give them up all day especially at Glacier Bay National Park. The staff was all incredibly helpful and friendly though. Service and food are much better than I've had on other cruise lines.

I am a single traveler and would love to have a singles accommodation with balcony. I think with war of us becoming single if you need to think about something which is less than paying for two when we are a single.

Disembarkation was the best part of the whole cruise. A series of problems put a dark cloud on the cruise.

We had a great time. The highlight was Glacier Bay. Having the Park Rangers on board to narrate was fantastic and we were blessed with a blue sky, sunny day that was spectacular! looking forward to returning to this "Great Land"!

Nothing outstanding. We did this cruise three years ago and Princess subtracted some things such as breakfast in room cards not provided except the first morning, no smoked salmon at all, no happy hours at the Wheelhouse bar, no pub fare at the Wheelhouse bar except a pay for in the evenings. Like I said a lot of subtractions from three years ago.

Holland America was better, they smiled and treated us like Gold

It was a wonderful cruise the only negative comment is that there-were many times not all the bathrooms were working. This cause long lines and having to go to other decks or back to your room touse the restroom.

the whole trip was an exciting adventure- could not believe the scenery. the trip thru the national park and the scenic train were the highlights of the trip

This was my first cruise and I enjoyed it very much. Cruise staff was great and the fact they had a lot of trivia and games made it very fun. I did not like being sold things, which I felt quite often. Other than that, being able to get pizza and ice cream anytime all day is the best thing. Entertainment was really good, the naturalist was amazing, really enjoyed his talks and commentary over the P.A. System. Plus the sled dog puppies were adorable.

We had a wonderful time. Staff was extremely courteous and efficient. Food was abundant and delicious. Overall great experience.

The perfect family vacation. Something for everyone and no one can stray too far! We already made a deposit for our next cruise. Can't wait.

We cruise quite often, but this is our first Princess cruise. The passengers were older. We had our teenage daughters for spring break. The teen club would not let the 18 year old in even though she is a senior just like the 17 year old. They have a 15 drink limit on the drink package, but wont give you credit if not consumed on other days. They also won't give you pop with the drink passages unless it comes out of the fountain. They have very limited fountain choices. The ship was clean but dated.
