Excellent over all experience. Just not happy with one service area, Mermaids Tail. Server: Franklin. Rude. Rude. Rude. We ordered sodas from him occasionally. He ignored us most of the time. We noticed he was friendlier with the guests ordering alcohol drinks.

Overall friendly staff except one in particular, Franklin, from the Mermaids Tail Bar. He was very rude in more than one occasion. The times when my husband has ordered a soda, he doesn't acknowledge him, practically ignores him. One time, Franklin took my husbands order and when another customer came up to the bar and ordered some drinks, he fixed the other customers alcohol drinks and then later, looked at my husband and said, Coke? and just gave it to him without a word. Poor customer service! He has done it do others, hopefully they will come forward with the review.

Our steward was excellent! He was very friendly and responded quickly when we needed something. Our room was always prestine.
