Our cruise on the Ruby Princess was very nice.  The Alaska scenery was so much better than I had imagined and the tours and guides were knowledgeable and interesting.  The food and service on the ship were great.  My only complaints: 1. the ship was very crowded and we had difficulty getting seats at the shows, and 2. there were a lot of pushy sales people trying to move their various products.
