Amazing entertainment and food

Sail Date: December 01, 2013

Traveled As: Singles/Friends

Room Type: Inside

Recently took a vacation on the Ruby Princess for 4 days to the Cayman Islands. While on board we were fortunate enough to enjoy a show from a famous magician and a famous comedian as well as some dancing shows. We watched a couple of the game shows that were being held on board. We were never hungry while on board and really enjoyed the fresh waffles for breakfast. All the items were made fresh daily and the room service was fantastic as well. While we were in the Cayman Islands for the day we went to Hell, a turtle farm and swam with stingrays. It was an amazing experience all around.

Pros: Entertainment, food, staff

Cons: layout of the ship

Recommends Ruby Princess? Yes!

Ship Quality
The ship was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The layout of the ship was a little confusing.
Food and Dining
Food and options were above our expectations. We ate most of our dinners in the restaurant on the ship. We had any time dinner and went for dinner around 5:30. There was never a wait.
Cabin / Stateroom
The stateroom was always clean. The beds were very comfortable. The shower was very small.
Service and Staff
Staff were always around to ask questions and to provide you with services.
Entertainment
There were always multiple events going on at all times. From ice sculptures, napkin folding, fruit carving, dancing, comedians to magicians we were never bored.
Children's Programs
Did not use any of the children areas but wanted to make note that the cruise was an amazing experience although booking with was nothing but a headache.
