An amazing experience!

Sail Date: September 01, 2012

Reviewed: 4 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

It was beautiful, spic and span, relatively easy to get around, no long waits for elevators...

Pros: Everything! We were continually impressed with the accommodation\, the service\, excursions (tour guides were all excellent!)\, the food\, entertainment - everything was wonderful!

Cons: Literally the only glitch was the wait for one piece of our luggage when we boarded

Recommends Ruby Princess? Yes!

Ship Quality
Food and Dining
Crowne Grill and Sabatini's were outstanding; Horizon Court always had great variety and delicious food; Davinci's and Michelangelo's were good as well.
Cabin / Stateroom
Bed was a little hard\, loved our location (being starboard was an advantage on this trip...)
Service and Staff
All of the staff were excellent - especially Franklin\, Selvin\, and Ariel in the Speakeasy Lounge\, and Sergeii in the Crown Grill. Friendly\, helpful - always made you feel welcome and \"at home\"
